HMFF is a small, sustainable, year-round farm that considers its’ diversity in products and marketing a large part of its success and strength. A diversity of crops grown with knowledge and care ensures our customers get the quality we have become known for… be it flower bouquets, culinary herbs, micro greens, produce, spring plants, seasonal wreaths or sensational wedding florals. Linda Chapman has been the owner/operator of HMFF for over 3 decades. In that time she has marketed at literally thousands of farmers markets and designed hundreds of weddings. Flower farming has been an amazing joy in her life. The work, the people, the landscapes are all sources of that joy. So much so, that Linda bought 8 more acres across a one lane gravel road from the ‘old’ farm 4 years ago. More joy! Since that sale, she has been planting relentlessly and building a fabulous, energy- efficient, nature-forward retirement home on the new land. The ‘old’ farm was sold this past winter, though the new owners welcome Linda’s current use of it’s ground and facilities while she builds the new farms infrastructure.
The goal is to have a new Harvest Moon Farm up and running in 2021.
